Chief Financial Officer Jen Kirkland

Jen is an experienced finance leader with a demonstrated history of leading finance in the software sector. Jen joined the BlackRainbow team as Group CFO in March 2025. After qualifying as a pharmacist, Jen turned to accountancy, starting her career at E&Y before joining the private sector with roles at BT and Pearson. Jen has spent the majority of her career in senior roles in high growth businesses providing both strategic and operational leadership. Prior to joining the Black Rainbow group, Jen was CFO of Agilio Software a group specialising the Healthcare Operations Software.
